Principal Product Designer

Led end‑to‑end design for strategic technical and AI initiatives, from product definition to delivery. Led Agentia Advanced, unifying three products into one AI‑driven offering that passed $1M in revenue in its first quarter. Lifted the AI Platform's NPS from 61 to 80, and built Org Discovery, an AI scanner for Salesforce orgs.
Director of Product Design

Built Copado's design practice from scratch and led a multidisciplinary team of 5 direct reports. Directed the Nitro / Journey to Value initiative across six product experiences, cutting customer Time to Value from about 180 to 18 days. Led the multi‑platform design system across Salesforce Lightning and Angular, and helped shape Copado's early AI strategy.
