Agentia Advanced

Copado · Principal Product Designer · Jan to Apr 2026

Copado's Pipeline, Testing and AI products were ready to come together for mid-market teams, and the launch date was fixed. As the principal designer, I shaped one connected experience across all three, validated it with customers and, with the team, shipped it in two and a half months. It passed $1M in sales in its first quarter, ahead of forecast.

My role

As principal designer, I led the experience strategy and execution. Working closely with engineering, product leadership and go-to-market teams, I helped define the MVP, validate the direction with customers and translate a platform vision into a shippable experience.

The challenge

Copado had a Salesforce DevOps pipeline, a testing product and an AI platform. Each was strong on its own, with its own login, interface and patterns.

Leadership saw an opportunity in mid-market teams, who had outgrown the entry plan but did not need the full enterprise product. The vision was one AI-native platform for them. The launch date was set, so the whole team had to find the most creative path to get there.

How do you deliver something that feels like one platform, in two and a half months, while it is still three products underneath?
